Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast 

At Hive Industries we don’t just invest in businesses we take ownership in businesses. Our years of experience managing teams and executing on both small and large projects has taught us that the most important element for successfully growing a company is its culture. We informally define culture as ,“What people do when the boss isn’t around.” A poor culture can ruin even the best strategies while a powerful culture can overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges. One of our primary goals when growing a business is to concentrate on building an extraordinary culture.

Even though every company has their own unique culture make up, we have developed a Culture Blueprint that serves as our guiding principle towards building a great business.
