Hive industries was founded by three business school classmates who are looking to operate a small business as a primary owner. The founders share a common goal of using their educational and work experience to run a small business. After several years of discussions they founded Hive Industries llc. in the fall of 2019.
Goals
Hive Industries looks to acquire a single private company in the US. Alan and Carlos will operate this company personally for the foreseeable future. As owner operators we will lead and drive this company forward to build on the foundation from previous owner

Hive Industries llc. has access to the capital necessary to facilitate a quick and smooth transaction. Our investors are committed to making themselves available throughout the process and have not just committed their capital. Final deal structure is very flexible based on your needs.
